The United States District Court for the District of Columbia has issued an opinion permitting the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) amended antitrust complaint against Facebook to advance.
gov.uscourts.dcd_.224921.90.0_2The amended complaint, submitted in August 2021, followed a June ruling by the Court that dismissed the suit, but left the door open for a revised attempt.
