Document: Court Rules FTC Antitrust Suit Against Facebook Can Advance
Justin Hendrix / Jan 11, 2022The United States District Court for the District of Columbia has issued an opinion permitting the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) amended antitrust complaint against Facebook to advance.
The amended complaint, submitted in August 2021, followed a June ruling by the Court that dismissed the suit, but left the door open for a revised attempt.
