On Monday, Feb. 26, 2024, the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments for Moody v. NetChoice, LLC and NetChoice, LLC v. Paxton. I spoke with Tech Policy Press staff writer Gabby Miller and contributing editor Ben Lennett about key highlights from the discussion in the Court.

A transcript of this discussion is forthcoming.
