Zoë Brammer

Zoë Brammer is a Cyber and Information Operations Senior Analyst at the Institute for Security and Technology. Her portfolio includes research on digital systems and democracy, ransomware, cryptocurrency, and Web3. She spends time thinking about the underlying infrastructure of the Internet, its impact on human cognition, its evolution into Web3, and the resulting implications for human and cyber security. Prior to joining IST, Zoë completed independent projects on a wide array of topics from the implications of water scarcity on cycles of conflict to the evolution of extremist propaganda with the rise of the Internet.
