Zamaan Qureshi

Zamaan Qureshi is a policy advisor and social media coordinator for the Real Facebook Oversight Board and a researcher for The Citizens where he focuses on Cambridge Analytica. He is also an activist and advocate for safe social media for teens, has written for TIME, Slate, Byline Times, has appeared on MSNBC and Marketplace/NPR and featured in Newsweek, Forbes, Cybercrime Magazine, and the Washington Post for his work exposing Facebook’s data collection on its users. Zamaan is currently pursuing a BA in International Studies and Political Science at American University.
