Zach Graves

Zach Graves is Executive Director at Lincoln Network. Previously he was head of policy at Lincoln. His research and advocacy focuses on the intersection of technology and governance issues, including work to strengthen science and technology expertise and capacity in Congress. Before Lincoln, he was Director of Technology Policy at RSI. Prior to that, he worked at the Cato Institute. He is currently a Fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. He is also a Contributing Editor at American Purpose magazine. Additionally, he is a member of the Polaris Council, an advisory board for science and technology at the U.S. Government Accountability Office. He is also a board member of the Institute for Progress. He holds a master’s degree from the California Institute of the Arts and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Davis.
