Yacine Khelladi is an economist with approximately 30 years of experience in ICT for Development (ICT4D) or digital development. Throughout his career, he has been engaged in researching, designing, implementing, and evaluating various digital projects, programs, and policies. He has supported initiatives aimed at strategically adopting and integrating digital technologies across a wide range of sectors, including national and regional initiatives, as well as projects focused on empowering rural or marginalized communities.
