Victor Guillén Febres

Víctor Guillén, MPP, is a seasoned advocate for immigrant rights with experience in disinformation defense and tech accountability. He currently serves as a Strategist for United We Dream, the largest immigrant youth-led network in the country. In this capacity, he plays a role in shaping the organization's narrative, research, policy advocacy, and counter-disinformation strategies. Victor has led nationwide anti-disinformation programs designed to protect Latinx communities from the harmful effects of disinformation, particularly during important election cycles. His efforts extend to countering the radicalization of young men of color through innovative gaming initiatives and research. Furthermore, Victor has been a driving force behind efforts aimed at holding tech companies and federal agencies accountable for the detrimental impact of online disinformation, personal data collection, algorithmic discrimination, and harmful business models, particularly in how these issues affect young people and immigrant youth.
