Tarmio Frei

Tarmio Frei is a Research Assistant and doctoral student at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, where he works with Prof. Dr. Linda Kuschel on law and digitalization. He is currently writing his dissertation on the regulation of anthropomorphic conversational agents under EU law, with a focus on AI companions. His broader research interests include technology regulation, data protection, games law, and open-source hardware.
