Susan Ness

Susan Ness, a former member of the Federal Communications Commission, is a nonresident senior fellow at the Europe Center of the Atlantic Council, focusing on transatlantic digital policy. She also is a Distinguished Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Public Policy Center, leading a project on ‘modularity’ to better align transatlantic digital governance despite dissimilar legal frameworks.
