Sarah Gilbert

Dr. Sarah Gilbert is a postdoctoral associate at Cornell University and Research Director of the Citizens and Technology Lab. Her work focuses on understanding and designing healthy online communities, studying topics like what influences participation, how volunteer moderators’ labor impacts community governance, and how internet research can be done ethically.
