Santana Boulton

Santana Boulton is a Legal Fellow at TechFreedom, a think tank focused on global tech policy. She holds a J.D. in American law from the University of Minnesota Law School and earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. Santana’s work focuses on issues related to free speech and First Amendment law, platform regulation, and intermediary liability, as well as children’s safety, privacy, and data security.
