Samantha Lai is a research analyst at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace’s Partnership for Countering Influence Operations (PCIO) project within the Technology and International Affairs Program. Prior to that, she was a research analyst at the Brookings Institution’s Center for Technology Innovation.
