Rumela Sen

Rumela Sen is currently the Director of the Masters in International Affairs program at the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), Columbia University, Sen received her PhD in Government from Cornell University. Her first book was published by Oxford University Press and she is currently working on her second book. She writes on civil conflicts, rebel governance and on the role of technology in security issues in South Asia and beyond.
