Richard Skalt

Richard Skalt is a manager at the Digital Society Institute (DSI) at the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT Berlin) with expertise in cybersecurity, tech policy, and digital trade & economy. Prior to joining the DSI, he worked in the Technology and Global Affairs Program at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP). He holds an M.A. in Political Science from the University of Munich (LMU), an M.Sc. in Political Science from Stockholm University (SU), and a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Munich.
