Rachel Wolbers
As a Vice President at the Glen Echo Group, Rachel Wolbers helps clients develop their global third party engagement through coalition building, strategic communications and public policy campaigns. Prior to joining Glen Echo, Rachel was the Head of Global Engagement for Meta's Oversight Board where she created the organization's communications and engagement strategy. Previously, she has worked for the Department of Commerce's National Telecommunications and Information Administration as an Internet Policy Specialist, as the Policy Director for Engine Advocacy, on Capitol Hill as Counsel for Congressman Blake Farenthold, a member of the House Judiciary Committee and as Director at TwinLogic Strategies. After receiving her B.A. from The George Washington University, Rachel graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she continues to be an Adjunct Professor managing the Journal of Law, Technology and the Internet. In 2023, Rachel accepted a Fulbright Award in New Zealand where she wrote a report on the future of the Christchurch Call to Action and how to build multistakeholder initiatives to address content moderation challenges.
