Pierre Noro

Pierre Noro is a lecturer at SciencesPo Paris and Université Paris-Cité, and an Advisor to the Paris School of International Affairs Tech & Global Affairs Hub. His work is dedicated to decentralized governance, digital ethics and the social and environmental impacts of digital technologies. After working with the French administration, designing innovative blockchain-based public services, Pierre started building impact-oriented decentralized solutions with startups, NGOs, and open source communities. Beside his academic work, Pierre sits on Blockchain for Good's scientific committee, contributes to the development of the AIAAIC, the independent, and open AI incidents database, as well as the first large-scale implementation of Whiteflag, a secure, decentralized communication system for conflict and disaster contexts.
