Philipp Lutscher

Philipp Lutscher is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Political Science at the University of Oslo and an incoming senior researcher at the Bavarian Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt). His research focuses on information control in autocracies, including censorship, cyberattacks, and propaganda. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Conflict Resolution, Political Science Research and Methods, British Journal of Political Science and the European Journal of Political Research.
