Paulo Carvão

Paulo Carvão is a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government, specializing in Tech Policy. He is a former IBM executive with three decades of experience in digital transformation, cloud, and AI integration. Currently an advisor to tech startups and a venture capital investor, Paulo has held fellowships at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative and Safra Center for Ethics. He serves as the inaugural Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Kennedy School’s GovLab.
