Paul Jurcys is an IP and AI attorney licensed in California and a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley School of Law. He has 15 years of experience in the areas of IP, copyright, and data privacy. He is a Co-Founder and Lead of AI Policy of Prifina, a personal data technology company based in San Francisco. Paul Jurcys is an affiliate fellow at CopyrightX, a course offered by Harvard Berkman Klein Center For Internet & Society and a senior lecturer at Vilnius University Law Faculty (Lithuania) where he is teaching courses on data privacy and copyright law. Paul Jurcys holds a Ph.D. Degree (Kyushu University) and LL.M. Degree (Harvard Law School).
