Nik R. Roeingh, PhD, is a legal scholar working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data law, and digital regulation. His research examines the legal and regulatory challenges posed by emerging technologies from the perspectives of public law and European Union law, with a particular focus on AI governance, fundamental rights, and the evolving legal frameworks shaping the digital society. He is currently completing his legal traineeship at the Kammergericht Berlin (Berlin Court of Appeal).
