Nicholas P. Garcia is a Senior Policy Counsel at Public Knowledge, a nonprofit public interest organization that promotes free expression, an open internet, and access to creative works and tools. He is a founding organizer of the Public AI Network, and previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office Investigations Division.
