Natalie Li

Natalie Li is a Senior Associate at WilmerHale. Li focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trademark and trade secret claims. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, education, entertainment, and financial services, in federal court, state court, and arbitration. Most recently, Li second-chaired an arbitration for a famous, contemporary playwright regarding a contractual dispute over the underpayment of royalties, which resulted in an amicable and highly favorable settlement. Li has also managed cases through discovery, motions practice and appeal. Li’s experience also includes conducting investigations for a government entity and counseling clients on diversity, equity and inclusion issues.
