Mayu Tobin-Miyaji

Mayu Tobin-Miyaji is Counsel at EPIC. Her work spans advocating to limit unfair and harmful commercial AI practices, scrutinize how automated decision-making systems harm the wellbeing of everyday people, and increase accountability for AI-enabled government surveillance that harm civil rights and democratic values. She also co-leads EPIC’s work on worker privacy. Mayu is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
