Marlena Wisniak

Marlena Wisniak is Head of Digital at the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ECNL), leading global research, policy, and advocacy on AI and emerging technologies. She previously oversaw content governance on Twitter’s legal team and led the civil society and academic portfolios at the Partnership on AI. She brings more than ten years of cross-sector experience at the intersection of emerging technology and human rights, and holds law degrees from the University of Geneva and Stanford Law School.
