Marie Seck

Marie Seck works in the Online Expression and Civic Space Programme at the Centre for Democracy and Technology Europe, focussing on key EU policy developments relating to online expression, such as the Digital Services Act (DSA) and its delegated acts, and the upcoming Digital Fairness Act (DFA). Marie also analyses how disproportionately companies’ practices affect the human rights of women & LGBTQIA+ people. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris University College.
