Maria Fernanda Muñoz

Maria Fernanda Muñoz is currently an S.J.D. student at UCLA School of Law. Her research focuses on the regulation of emerging technologies. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of Chile and her LL.M. at UCLA School of Law. Prior to UCLA, she worked in Chile as an associate attorney at the Antitrust and Regulated Markets group of Carey & Cia. She then worked as a researcher and lecturer for the Center of Competition Law at Adolfo Ibañez University, where she focused her research on competition policy and regulation of digital technologies. At present, she works as a student researcher at the UCLA Institute for Technology, Law & Policy.
