Lilly Min-Chen Lee

Lilly Min-Chen Lee is an M.A. candidate at Fletcher School at Tufts University, specializing in open-source research using Chinese language sources to advance academic research and inform policy analysis. She is well-versed in dissecting PRC's information operation, its cyber capability and conducting risk and compliance investigations. Her research focuses on computational propaganda, information manipulation, authoritarian diffusion, and PRC influence. Since Lilly's postgraduate study, she has contributed to several research projects like China's information operation investigation, foreign electoral interventions, and PLA's semiconductor foundries supply chain.
