Lidia Velkova is the Managing Director of Clever Together Futureproof, a change agency dedicated to embedding evidence, expertise, and citizens’ lived experience in decision-making on ‘wicked’ issues such as AI governance. She is an experienced issues engagement consultant specializing in designing innovative, collaborative approaches and systemic solutions for complex challenges. Lidia has advised private and public sector organizations worldwide on responsible approaches to data, technology, and AI, fostering deep understanding and inclusive engagement at local, regional, and global levels. Before joining Clever Together, Lidia held global roles in the communications agencies Edelman and APCO Worldwide.
