Lara Putnam

Lara Putnam is a UCIS Research Professor of History and Director of the Global Studies Center at the University of Pittsburgh. She also serves as Director of the Civic Resilience Initiative at the University’s Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security. Her research encompasses the history of gender, family, and migration in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as political engagement patterns in the US Rust Belt and beyond.
