Kevin Moriarty

Kevin Moriarty is a privacy and data security attorney. He is currently a Distinguished Fellow at the NYU Center for Cybersecurity and a Senior Fellow at the Tech, Law, and Security Program of the American University Washington College of Law. He served as an advisor to Chair Lina Khan of the Federal Trade Commission from 2022 to 2024, where he advised on privacy and data security matters, including health and location privacy matters and critical rulemakings on children, health, and financial privacy.
