Dr. Kenny Huang is a leading figure in Asia’s Internet communities and has been a key contributor to Taiwan’s Internet since the early years of its development. He holds leadership roles in many domestic and international Internet organizations, including chairing both the Executive
Council of the Asia Pacific Network Information Center (APNIC) and the board of the Taiwan Network Internet Center (TWNIC), and also as a former board director of the Public Internet Registry (PIR, the .org registry).
