Kat Phan

Kat Phan is a graduate student at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, where she studies the impact of civic technology on immigrant communities. Previously, she led research, policy, and platform modernizing initiatives at San Francisco’s Office of Civic Engagement and Immigrant Affairs. Prior to that, she worked on election integrity data science projects at Meta. Kat holds a B.S. in computer science from Stanford University.
