Joseph B. Keller

Joseph B. Keller is a visiting fellow at the Brookings Institution, affiliated with the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technology Initiative. His interests encompass inclusive global AI governance, climate change in geopolitics, and security concerns for emerging technologies. A neuroscientist turned policy researcher, Joseph is an adjunct assistant professor at Georgetown University and has experience across academia, government, and civil society.
