José Ángel Marinaro

José Ángel Marinaro is a professor of criminal law and a researcher in neurorights at the National University of La Matanza (Argentina). He is also an honorary parliamentary advisor to the Chamber of Deputies of Argentina and the Latin American Parliament, as well as an author of several publications about neurorights in the context of human rights.
