Jordan Cunningham

Jordan Cunningham represented the Central Coast in the State Assembly from 2016-2022. While in the Assembly, Jordan served on the Judiciary Committee and the Privacy Committee, among others. He authored numerous bills relating to online privacy and child safety, including AB 2273 (the Age Appropriate Design Code Act). Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Physics (minor in Economics), magna cum laude, from Point Loma Nazarene University. He earned his law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law. He is a practicing attorney and co-owner of Cunningham Law Group with his wife, Shauna. They live in Paso Robles, where they are raising their four children.
