Jenny Domino

Jenny Domino is an S.J.D. candidate at Harvard Law School and a Senior Case and Policy Officer at the Oversight Board, where she also leads policy work on elections and civic space. Previously, she led an Asia-wide internet freedom initiative for an international nonprofit and was based as a legal adviser in Myanmar, working on freedom of expression issues and human-rights accountability for ethnic minorities. She has consulted for various nonprofits on content moderation and human rights. In 2017, she advised the chairperson of the Commission on Human Rights of the Philippines on its investigation of the killings linked to the Philippine government’s “war on drugs,” which is now the subject of proceedings before the International Criminal Court. Domino is a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab and a Chairperson of the Advisory Board of the EU-funded Digital Democracy Initiative, which supports global civil society in safeguarding democracy and human rights in the digital age.
