Jay T. Conrad is a PhD in Law student at the University of Washington. They received their LL.M. in Technology Law & Policy from Georgetown University Law Center and their J.D. from Seattle University. Jay advises on trangender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming issues of law and studies international data protection regulations and their geopolitical impacts.
