Hayden Goldberg

Hayden Goldberg is a researcher focused on the intersection of election law and AI. His recent work explores the legal frameworks states are employing to regulate deepfakes in political advertisements. As a Paragon Policy Fellow, he has developed municipal AI governance policy for city governments. He holds a master’s degree in Social Science of the Internet from the Oxford Internet Institute, Oxford University.
