Haley Hinkle

Haley Hinkle is Policy Counsel for Fairplay, where she advocates for state and federal laws to protect children's online privacy and safety. She also leads the organization's work identifying and reporting on platform design and data use practices that violate existing laws and regulations. Haley received her J.D. from Indiana University - Bloomington and her B.S. from Northwestern University. She clerked for the Hon. Robert L. Miller, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
