Haley Higa

Haley Higa (she/her) is a 2L at UCLA School of Law with an interest in privacy and civil liberties. Her previous work has included civil rights litigation and she will be pursuing an internship with the ACLU’s National Security Project this summer. Prior to UCLA she graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Communication.
