Haixia Lin

Haixia Lin is a Partner at WilmerHale. Ms. Lin’s practice focuses on patent litigation, post-grant proceedings, and patent prosecution and counseling in an array of engineering fields, including electrical and computer engineering. She has litigated patents in federal district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC), and represented clients before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), all across a wide range of technology industries, including microprocessors, wireless devices, medical devices and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lin served as a technical advisor at a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts while attending law school full-time. While there, she devised patent portfolio strategies for clients, drafted and prosecuted applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and advised clients on issues of patentability, freedom-to-operate, validity and infringement.
