Gunn Jiravuttipong

Gunn is a JSD candidate at the UC Berkeley School of Law. His research focuses on how and why digital economy regulations are diffused to developing countries, especially in digital competition law. His research also explores the political economy of digital regulations in developing countries as they navigate and interact with other leading jurisdictions, powerful digital platforms, and international organizations while managing limited resources and administrative capacity in developing their digital regulations and policies.
