Graham Webster

Graham Webster is a research scholar in the Program on Geopolitics, Technology, and Governance at Stanford University’s Center for International Security and Cooperation and editor-in-chief of the DigiChina Project. He researches, writes, and teaches on technology, policy, and US-China relations. He was previously a senior fellow and lecturer at Yale Law School’s Paul Tsai China Center, responsible for US-China Track II dialogues. He holds a bachelor’s in journalism and international studies from Northwestern University and a master’s in East Asian studies from Harvard University.
