Glenn Borsky is a cyber intelligence analyst specializing in cyberwarfare, influence operations, and cognitive security. He has supported DoD and U.S. Government clients across a range of programs, producing high-impact intelligence products for senior leadership and operational decision-making. His work spans OSINT research, threat assessments, and analytic framework development, including co-authored research on cognitive warfare and influence kill chains. Increasingly, Glenn focuses on the intersection of AI risk and cognitive security, examining how AI-enabled capabilities are reshaping the threat landscape and amplifying adversarial influence at scale. He also serves as Co-Director of the IPA NYC chapter. His focus is on making intelligence actionable, briefing decision-makers on emerging AI-driven threats.
