Filip Kulakov

Filip Kulakov is a Master of Public Policy student at Georgetown’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Prior to pursuing his graduate degree, he worked at the intersection of youth policy and democracy, focusing on expanding young people’s access to policymaking in his native North Macedonia and at the EU level.
