Emily Wright

Emily Wright is a Fulbright Research Fellow affiliated with Partners for Democratic Change Serbia, a Belgrade, Serbia-based NGO. Her research focuses on the impact of new digital policies on fundamental rights in the Western Balkans. Before the Digital Services Act, she focused on proposed AI and biometric surveillance laws in Serbia. She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from The New School and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Wyoming.
