Emily Froude

Emily Froude is a research analyst at Democracy Forward. Her work focuses on migration, US and international democracy development, identity, surveillance, and AI. Emily holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and political science from Miami University and a master of international affairs degree with concentrations in democracy studies and international security from George Washington University. Her work has contributed to reporting in Bloomberg Law News, Wired, FedScoop, and The Lever, and her writing has been published by Inkstick Media, Notice & Comment, and Hemispheres: The Tufts University Journal of International Affairs.
