Elisabeth Siegel

Lis Siegel is the Head of Dialogues at the Oxford China Policy Lab. In addition to leading OCPL’s Track II diplomacy initiatives, her research focuses on the international relations implications of disruptive technologies and the growing military-tech-industrial complex from a critical lens. Her work has been featured on Computer Says Maybe and in the Cambridge Forum on Technology & Global Affairs. Her DPhil is pending from the University of Oxford’s Department of Politics and International Relations. She received a BA in Global Affairs from Yale.
