David Evan Harris is Chancellor’s Public Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, Senior Research Fellow at the International Computer Science Institute, Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation, Visiting Fellow at the Integrity Institute, Affiliate Scholar at the CITRIS Policy Lab, and Senior Advisor for AI Ethics at the Psychology of Tech Institute.
